Day 1 - Arrival in Marrakesh

Your journey begins in the vibrant heart of Marrakech, where color, culture, and energy awaken the senses. After arrival, you’ll have time to settle in, unpack, and wander the enchanting souks, letting the sounds, scents, and rhythms of the city gently draw you into the experience.
As the sun begins to soften, we’ll gather around 6pm for a soulful opening circle, setting intentions and grounding into the week ahead. This will be followed by a nourishing yoga practice to release travel tension and arrive fully in the body. We’ll then share our first group dinner together, a beautiful opportunity to connect and savor local flavors, before enjoying some relaxed free time to unwind and soak in the magic of Marrakech at your own pace.
Day 2 - Journey to Dades Gorge (approx 5 hrs 30 mins drive)

We begin the day with a grounding morning yoga practice, inviting energy, openness, and intention into the body before setting off on one of the most breathtaking journeys of the retreat.
Our drive winds through the majestic Atlas Mountains, where dramatic landscapes unfold at every turn, snow-dusted peaks, deep valleys, and timeless Berber villages perched along the hillsides. Along the way, we’ll pause to explore the iconic UNESCO World Heritage site of Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, a place rich with history and cinematic beauty.
With scenic stops to stretch, breathe, and take in the views, the approximately five-hour journey becomes an experience in itself. By the time we arrive in the awe-inspiring Dades Gorges, you’ll feel deeply connected to the land, ready to settle into the stillness and magic of this remarkable place.
DAY 3 — Arrival in Merzouga (approx 5 hour drive)

After a nourishing morning yoga practice in Dades Gorges, we continue our journey as the landscapes slowly transform lush valleys giving way to golden plains and vast desert horizons. The drive to Merzouga is a visual meditation in itself, each mile drawing us closer to the heart of the Sahara.
In the afternoon, we trade wheels for camels and ride gently across the dunes, arriving at our desert camp just in time to witness one of the great highlights of the retreat: the sun setting over the Sahara, painting the sands in shades of gold, amber, and rose.
As night falls, we gather around the fire beneath a sky filled with stars, enjoying traditional Berber music, shared stories, and the deep, unforgettable stillness of the desert. A truly magical night to remember.
Day 4 - Sahara Stillness

We awaken early to witness the sun rising over the endless dunes, a quiet, awe-inspiring moment as the Sahara comes to life. The day unfolds slowly and intentionally, beginning with a grounding yoga practice and later a second session to deepen connection with body and breath.
Between practices, we’ll share a soulful workshop designed to inspire reflection, healing, and inner renewal. The rest of the day is yours to savor, whether that means journaling, meditating in the vast silence, taking a mindful walk through the dunes, or simply resting and soaking in the stillness.
For those craving a touch of adventure, optional activities such as sandboarding or quad biking are available. This is a deeply nourishing day in the heart of the desert, a chance to reset, reconnect, and be held by the expansive beauty and quiet magic of the Sahara.
Day 5 - Ouarzazate Exploration & Overnight Stay (Approx. 5 hr 20 min drive from Merzouga)

We begin our final desert morning by watching another breathtaking sunrise spill across the dunes, followed by our last yoga practice in the Sahara, a powerful and grounding farewell to this sacred landscape.
After breakfast, we depart Merzouga and set off on a scenic drive toward Ouarzazate, stopping along the way in a beautiful location to enjoy a relaxed lunch and take in the changing views. As we leave the desert behind, there is space to reflect on its stillness, lessons, and magic.
Upon arrival in Ouarzazate, the afternoon invites deep rest and indulgence, with the option to unwind in a traditional hammam or enjoy a soothing massage. This day gently bridges movement and rest, adventure and integration—allowing the desert experience to fully settle into body and soul.
DAY 6 — Return to Marrakech

After a revitalizing morning yoga practice, we begin our scenic journey back to Marrakech, driving once more through the Atlas Mountains as sweeping views and dramatic landscapes accompany us along the way.
Arriving in the lively heart of the city, the energy shifts beautifully from desert stillness to vibrant culture. The afternoon is yours to explore, wander the buzzing souks for last-minute treasures, visit the serene Secret Garden, marvel at the intricate beauty of Bahia Palace, or relax with mint tea while watching the world go by in Jemaa el-Fnaa as it comes alive with music, storytellers, and food stalls. As evening falls, we reunite for a grounding yoga session, a chance to move, breathe, and integrate the journey before enjoying the magic and nightlife of Marrakech one final time.
DAY 7 — Closing Circle & Farewells

Our final morning together begins with a soulful yoga practice, a chance to move gently, breathe deeply, and honor the journey we’ve shared. We’ll then gather for a heartfelt closing circle, reflecting on the memories, transformations, and connections formed along the way, carrying the spirit of the Sahara and the magic of Morocco within us.
A nourishing breakfast follows, offering one last moment to laugh, connect, and savor the experience together. As we say our goodbyes and head off on our own paths, you’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply renewed, taking with you not just memories of breathtaking landscapes, but a lasting sense of clarity, connection, and soul expansion. Join the group transfer from Delhi Airport and settle in for the transfer across town, or make your own way to the hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you may have time to head out and explore some of Delhi's sights before meeting your group for dinner.

Delhi to Rishikesh

After breakfast, enjoy the scenic 6-hour drive from Delhi to Rishikesh, nestled on the banks of the Ganges River. Once you arrive, check into your hotel and spend the afternoon exploring the peaceful riverfront or visiting local markets. In the evening, join the group for dinner at a cozy local restaurant and soak in the spiritual vibe of this Himalayan town.
DAY 3
Rishikesh

Spend your morning immersing yourself in the tranquility of Rishikesh. You can explore the famous yoga centers, take a riverside walk, or visit the iconic Laxman Jhula bridge. In the afternoon, gear up for an exciting white water rafting adventure on the Ganges, experiencing the thrilling rapids surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. Afterward, relax with a group dinner and share stories from the day.
DAY 4
Helicopter to Munysari

After breakfast, depart for Haridwar and head to Haldwani for your helicopter transfer to Munsyari. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayas as you soar above the landscape. Upon arrival, settle into your accommodation and spend the afternoon at leisure exploring this serene mountain town. Rest up for the upcoming trek and enjoy a peaceful evening under the stars.
DAY 5
Kaylahi top Trek

Today is all about adventure. After a hearty mountain breakfast, meet your local guide and begin the Khaliya Top trek, one of the region’s most scenic hikes. Walk through alpine meadows and pine forests as you ascend to panoramic views of the snow-capped Himalayas. Take your time at the summit to rest, take photos, and soak in the silence of the peaks before descending back to Munsyari. Spend the evening relaxing and recovering with warm food and mountain air.
DAY 6

Spend the day soaking in the peaceful rhythm of life in Munsyari. For those wanting more adventure, there are optional shorter hikes to nearby viewpoints or villages, or you can simply slow down — journal, stretch, or sip chai with a view. Visit the Tribal Heritage Museum for insight into the culture of the region, or take a gentle nature walk through the forests around the village. This is a day to truly switch off, breathe deeply, and enjoy the serenity of the Himalayas.
DAY 7
After a final slow morning in the mountains, take in the crisp air and quiet before boarding your return helicopter to Haldwani. The journey offers one last chance to admire the breathtaking Himalayan landscapes from above. From Haldwani, begin the group transfer back to Rishikesh. Arrive by evening, check into your accommodation, and enjoy a relaxing dinner — with time to process the beauty and stillness of your mountain escape.

What should I pack?

Is the desert cold at night?
