Hi, I’m Hannah and a few years ago, I felt completely stuck.
Tired, disconnected, and craving something more… but not quite knowing what that “more” was.
I’d always dreamed of travelling not just to see the world, but to feel something again. I didn’t want to go alone, and the idea of a big, busy group tour just didn’t sit right.
What I really wanted was space to explore, to reconnect, to breathe.
That’s what led me to yoga. At first, it was just movement. But slowly, it became so much more. It helped me feel at home in my body again. It helped me feel calmer, clearer, more grounded. And eventually, it gave me the courage to change my life.
Now, I guide others through that same journey combining yoga, travel, and community into soulful retreats designed for people who want to see the world, but don’t want to go it alone.
People who want something deeper than a holiday.
People who want to move, feel, connect, and come home to themselves.
I also run weekly yoga classes in Surrey beginner-friendly, welcoming, and focused on feeling better (not looking perfect). Because I know what it’s like to walk into a class for the first time and wonder if you belong. You do.
My retreats are an extension of that belief that everyone deserves to feel good, to feel connected, and to feel alive.
