Let me ask you a question: when was the last time you experienced real belly laughter? The kind that leaves your stomach aching from laughing so much.

It wasn't until I attended a yoga retreat abroad that I realised how much that feeling was missing from my life. I was caught up in the routine of everyday living—working long hours, reaching for the quickest things to eat, and essentially not living at all. I felt like a machine running on autopilot, completely disconnected from myself. Eat, sleep, repeat.

One day, it dawned on me that there had to be more to life than this. So I quit my job and started travelling. Along the way, I was fortunate enough to visit some incredible places and, most importantly, start truly living again.

Through my travels and experiences, I discovered the transformative power of yoga retreats. They gave me the space to slow down, reconnect with myself, and remember what it felt like to feel free. Inspired by that experience, I began creating my own yoga retreats and doing something I genuinely love, something that makes each day feel meaningful rather than like work.

I created these yoga retreats because I wanted to share that exact feeling I experienced all those years ago: the joy of belly laughter, a quiet mind, a lighter heart, and a deep connection to myself. Over the years, I have worked hard to create experiences that help others find that same sense of freedom, balance, and wellbeing.
