Welcome to Harmonious Wellbeing. My name is Hannah Henry, and my passion is guiding others toward a state of true holistic wellbeing.
For many years, I was living a life that looked successful on paper but felt hollow. I was stuck in a high-pressure corporate job, disconnected from my body and my joy. I had lost my way so completely that I realized I hadn't experienced true, soul-shaking belly laughter in years. You know the kind—the laughter that actually hurts your ribs and makes you feel entirely alive? It had become a distant memory, buried under deadlines and stress.
Everything changed during a breathwork retreat in Sri Lanka. In that space of deep breathing and stillness, I finally had the nervous system reset I didn't know I needed. The spark came back. Right then and there, I knew I had to create retreats for mental health and emotional release for others. I wanted to build a bridge for people to cross from burnout back to themselves, so they could once again feel that same belly laughter that saved me.
This mission led me to the High Atlas, where I discovered that an Atlas Mountains trek offers the perfect natural sanctuary for this work. Today, I combine my passion for hiking holidays with the transformative tools I gathered on my own journey.
While I currently offer yoga in Marrakech, my heart is in the deeper work of our immersive retreats. I have discovered that a nervous system reset is the foundation for a vibrant life, and I am here to share those tools with you. Whether we are practicing yoga in Morocco or walking through ancient walnut groves, we focus on holistic wellbeing—tending to the mind, body, and soul.
I am here to help you find that "inner spark" again. Let’s head into the mountains for a rural retreat together and find the laughter that has been waiting to return.

I believe that holistic wellbeing isn't a destination, but a daily practice. Whether I am leading a New Year yoga retreat in Morocco or a weekend escape in Snowdonia, my focus remains on vagus nerve toning and emotional regulation. I specialize in helping you find the "home" within your own body.
