Terms and Conditions for Harmonious Wellbeing
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Harmonious Wellbeing, including yoga classes, breathwork sessions, wellness treatments, retreats, and international retreat experiences. By booking, attending, or participating in any Harmonious Wellbeing service or retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.
1. General Terms of Service
1.1 Agreement
By booking any service or retreat with Harmonious Wellbeing, you enter into a legally binding agreement and accept full responsibility for your participation.
1.2 Services
Harmonious Wellbeing provides wellness-based services including yoga, breathwork, meditation, massage, workshops, and immersive retreats. These services are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
1.3 Payment
All payments must be made in full by the stated deadlines. Failure to complete payment may result in loss of your booking without refund.
2. Health, Fitness & Personal Responsibility
2.1 Health Disclosure (Mandatory)
You are required to fully disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, mental health conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancies, physical limitations, or any other condition that may affect your participation prior to booking and again before the retreat begins.
Failure to disclose relevant information releases Harmonious Wellbeing from all liability.
2.2 Fitness to Participate
By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in all retreat activities, including (but not limited to) yoga, breathwork, walking, hiking, camel riding, travel over long distances, and time spent in remote desert environments.
2.3 Listening to Your Body
You accept full responsibility for knowing your limits and modifying or opting out of activities when necessary. Participation in all activities is entirely voluntary.
3. Yoga, Breathwork & Wellness Sessions
3.1 Assumption of Risk
Yoga, breathwork, and wellness practices involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional release, dizziness, or discomfort. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
3.2 No Medical Claims
Harmonious Wellbeing does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
4. Retreats & International Travel
4.1 Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to secure your place. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
4.2 No Refunds (Strict Policy)
All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Cancellation for any reason

Illness or injury
-
Travel delays or missed flights

Early departure from the retreat

Change of personal circumstances
No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances.
4.3 Early Departure
If you choose or are required to leave the retreat early for any reason, no refund or compensation will be provided, and Harmonious Wellbeing bears no responsibility for onward travel or costs incurred.
4.4 Itinerary Changes
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, safety, logistics, group needs, or circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for itinerary changes.
5. Travel, Insurance & Documentation (Mandatory)
5.1 Travel Insurance (Required)
You must hold valid travel insurance that covers:

Medical emergencies

Emergency evacuation

Trip cancellation and interruption

Personal injury
-
Activities included in the retreat
Failure to obtain adequate insurance is done entirely at your own risk.
5.2 Travel Documents
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry requirements for Morocco.
5.3 Flights & Transfers
You are responsible for booking your own flights. Harmonious Wellbeing is not liable for delays, cancellations, missed connections, or airline-related issues.
6. Accommodation, Transport & Third Parties
6.1 Third-Party Providers
Accommodation, transport, guides, camel operators, and activity providers are third-party suppliers. Harmonious Wellbeing is not liable for their actions, omissions, or services.
6.2 Assumption of Risk in Remote Locations
Retreat locations may include remote desert areas with limited medical facilities. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with remote travel.
6.3 Property Damage
You are responsible for any damage caused to accommodation, vehicles, or property and agree to cover associated costs.
7. Behaviour & Removal from Retreat
7.1 Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully. Any disruptive, unsafe, aggressive, intoxicated, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the retreat.
7.2 No Refund Upon Removal
Removal due to behaviour results in no refund, and all additional expenses are your responsibility.
8. Liability Waiver & Indemnity
8.1 Waiver of Liability
You agree to fully release, waive, and discharge Harmonious Wellbeing, its owner, staff, facilitators, contractors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation.
8.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmonious Wellbeing from any claims, costs, damages, or legal fees resulting from your actions or participation.
9. Force Majeure
Harmonious Wellbeing is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, weather, strikes, or government restrictions. No refunds are guaranteed under force majeure events.
10. Media & Photography
You grant permission for photos, videos, and recordings taken during the retreat to be used for marketing purposes. If you wish to opt out, written notice must be provided before the retreat begins.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with data protection laws and used solely for retreat-related purposes unless required by law.
12. Amendments
Harmonious Wellbeing reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website and apply to future bookings.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and attending a Harmonious Wellbeing service or retreat, you confirm that:
