– You want to slow down without disappearing into silence
– You enjoy movement, but not pushing or performance
– You want connection that feels natural, not forced
– You’re craving nature more than luxury

This is not a fitness retreat.

Day 1 - Arrival & Landing

The first day is intentionally slow.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is expected of you.

You’ll experience:

  • Pick-up from Marrakech and a gradual transition into the mountains

  • Time to unpack, rest, and orient yourself in the space

  • An opening circle to arrive together and set the tone for the days ahead

  • A grounding evening yoga practice to release travel and settle the nervous system

  • A shared dinner and early night, supported by mountain quiet

This day is about: arriving safely, both physically and mentally.

This is the most expansive day — steady movement, open landscapes, and long pauses.

You’ll experience:

  • Morning yoga to wake the body gently and prepare for walking

  • A 5-hour mountain walk at an unhurried pace, with frequent stops

  • Time to sit, lie down, and take in panoramic views

  • A long lunch at a scenic viewpoint

  • Return to the accommodation for rest

  • Evening yoga to release the legs and calm the system

  • Dinner together

This day is about: rhythm, breath, and letting the mind quiet through movement.

You’ll experience:

  • Morning yoga focused on ease and presence

  • A shorter walk through forest and to waterfalls

  • Guided meditation in a secluded natural spot

  • Free time to rest, journal, or simply be

  • Live music in the evening

Day 4 — Gentle Re-entry

A slow, mindful return to the world.
Time to carry the calm with you, at your own pace.

You’ll experience:

  • Optional morning yoga to start the day gently

  • Breakfast together and a closing circle to reflect on your retreat

  • Time to pack, linger, or simply rest

  • Return to Marrakech with an optional stop at a local market

  • Optional add-ons in Marrakech: massages, hammams, or quiet exploration of the city
