Hi friends — I’m so grateful you’re here.
My name is Hannah, and if there’s one thing that has shaped my life more than anything else, it’s this: stepping into environments that help me grow.
Every time I’ve traveled, every time I’ve attended a retreat, every time I’ve taken myself out of my comfort zone — something inside me has shifted. I’ve learned. I’ve expanded. I’ve healed. I’ve found parts of myself I didn’t even know I was missing.
And that’s why I’m writing this blog.
My Love for Travel & Stepping Into the Unknown
I have always loved exploring remote places, wandering through nature, discovering cultures, and meeting people whose paths I might never cross otherwise. Travel has taught me courage, humility, curiosity, and trust.
I’ve traveled solo. I’ve traveled with friends and strangers. And each experience has awakened something new in me — a deeper connection to myself and the world around me.
There’s something magical about leaving what’s familiar, isn’t there? It breaks us open in the best possible way.
Why Retreats Changed My Life
Retreats have been some of the most transformative moments of my life. Every time I’ve stepped into that sacred container — away from routine, surrounded by intention — I’ve grown.
I’ve laughed.
I’ve cried.
I’ve reconnected.
I’ve remembered who I am.
And somewhere along this journey, I realized: I want to create these environments for others.
Spaces where people feel safe, supported, and inspired. Spaces where healing can happen naturally. Spaces where we pause, breathe, and come home to ourselves.
Whether it's yoga, meditation, movement, connection, nature — I love crafting these experiences in a way that allows people to truly thrive.
My Passion for Yoga & Wellbeing
Yoga has been my anchor — the place where I return to myself over and over again. My practice has followed me across continents, hotel rooms, mountaintops, beaches, and cozy retreats tucked away from the world.
Yoga teaches me presence. Travel teaches me surrender. Retreats teach me expansion.
Together, they form the core of Harmonious Wellbeing.
Why I’m Starting This Blog
I wanted a space where all my passions could finally meet —yoga, wellness, travel, storytelling, and retreat creation.
